My background is rooted in operations and hospitality, in environments where timing matters and details cannot be missed. I learned structure first. How a room moves, how service flows, how experiences come together behind the scenes.

Over time, design became a natural extension of that work. Spaces were reimagined. Environments were shaped with intention, not excess.

Arc & Stem was built at that intersection, where structure meets creativity. Every element is considered. Every detail has a place.
